Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash, BACS or Paypal. We will refund your deposit when the box is returned to us or we collect from you after your trip.

How much is the deposit?

We ask for just £100 to encourage you look after the box and return it in its best possible condition.

What is your policy for damaged boxes?

We understand that scrapes and scratches are possible. We also know that you are likely to be travelling with your pride and joy inside. We will have a conversation and see how bad the damage is. Is it repairable or not etc. We are yet to have a situation where the boxes are damaged.
